I received an ARC of this book and voluntarily give my review.
I didn't know what to expect with this story. I read On The Surface as a standalone, and had not previously read the other books in the Imperfect Love series. This book had me twisted in knots from the anticipation of the second chance romance. I worried about what would happen with our hero, a single dad (covered in tattoos) who had a life full of responsibility and our heroine who refused love her whole life, except for him. I loved everything about this story and just wish i could live in their love a little longer.
